工作职责: 
? Responsible for structuring, documentation and execution of products in wealth and asset management.
? Understand customer needs and market trends and translate market opportunities into new offering and product enhancements. Engage with various teams and drive the offerings and / or enhancements in order to maintain and enhance market position.
? Be a subject matter expert including understanding key pain points for clients and how we can add value and differentiate offering from competition. 
? Implement product initiatives, including but not limited to product structuring, documentation, product DD etc.
? Partner with RM and operation team to drive new deals as well as to grow utilization of existing facilities and programs.
? Provide ongoing product support for cross sales on products and / or channels, including arranging product training sessions for the sales team and operations and ensuring that the products are properly supported by client delivery.
? Develop strong working relationships with the implementation and operation teams and look for ways to improve efficiency, turnaround times and ensuring minimization of operational losses/errors. 
? Ensure Product Program(s) are maintained and updated in a timely manner in accordance with local regulatory and legal requirements, working with key stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations). 
任职要求:
 Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: 
? At least 5 years of work experience in a bank/FI. 
? Prior product management and/or Trade experience (product management or structuring) will be an advantage.
? Mature and balanced professional with good overall knowledge and understanding of financial products and risks. 
? Understanding and/or experience of working in a wealth management corporates in HK/Mainland China will be an advantage. 
Skills / Competencies: 
? Strong analytical, product, risk assessment skills.
? Strong execution skills and attention to detail. 
? Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills. 
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; competent in Microsoft Office. 
? Committed, trusted team player with strong interpersonal skills. 
? Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must. 
Qualifications: 
? Graduate / Postgraduate qualification preferable. 
? Legal, Finance, Accounting and/or Management background would be useful.
二、数据分析师【北京】

任职要求: 
1、计算机科学、统计、管理、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上的新经济行业或基金领域的数据运营或数据分析经验；
3、能够用Python或R等编程语言进行基本数据处理、清洗、建模；熟练使用SQL、EXCEL；
4、优秀的商业分析能力，有过行业研究或者报告撰写经验，有PE/VC行业经验优先；
5、良好的沟通和理解能力、自我激励和owner意识。
