10月24日上午，江苏省贸促会来访巴西驻上海总领事馆。乐思哲总领事欢迎丛苏峰副会长一行人的到来，并感谢贸促会对于巴西相关工作的支持与合作。双方就加强双边经贸交流进行了友好交谈。
On Oct 24th, the Consulate of Brazil in Shanghai received the visit of delegation of Jiangsu CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) headed by Mr. Sufeng Cong, Vice President of Jiangsu CCPIT. Mr. Gilberto Moura, Consul-General of Brazil in Shanghai, thanked Mr. Cong for their visit and the constant support from Jiangsu CCPIT. Both sides exchanged views and reached a consensus on strengthening trade and investment cooperation in the future.

Jiangsu is China’s wealthiest province in terms of per capita GDP. Jiangsu is the country's second-largest contributor to the GDP, only behind the province of Guangdong. Some important Brazilian companies, such as Weg Electric Motor Manufacturing, Marcopolo Auto Components and ZEN Automotive Components,  invest in the industrial sector of Jiangsu.
