Job Title: Sr. Project Manager or Project Manager (Prefer Chinese, English Native Speaker, German and Japanese)
Report to: BU Head/Director
Working Venue: Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen/Suzhou/Hongkong/New York and Munich cities
Job Responsibilities:
Project Manager is a key player in company to integrate a projectteam where you will have full accountabilities to successfully deliver theproject, and work closely with Account Manager to maintain client relationship etc.
Define clients’ business issue.
Develop overall frameworks to solve clients’ business issue.
Day to day monitoring and management of project team.
Provide problem solving and hypotheses generation support to teammembers.
Conduct or lead interviews with experienced or Sr. People.
Communicate with client’s team and maintain good client’s relationshipto ensure the quality of delivery.
Ensure the company risk control code is fully complied.
Support the business development, including scoping, quotation,proposal development, bidding and tendering etc.
Coach junior team members both on job-training or class trainingissue etc.
Review the KPI Performance of team members and instantly provideeffective feedback to help team members’ development.
Develop own expertise in interested industries sectors and functionareas……
Qualificationand Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree, MBA from a reputed domestic or overseasUniversity is preferred.
With 5 to 7 yrs of work experience from a Consulting or Research Institutionor similar corporate role.
Extensive project expertise n one of such sectors – Healthcare &Life Science, Consumer Goods & Retail, Automotive, TMT, Finance servicesetc……
Skilled in the development of creative solutions from strategic,management to research topics.
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and or throughextracurricular activities.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally andin writing in English and Chinese.
Fluent Japanese speaking.
Willingness to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
Willingness to have business travel etc……
